OCP 4 MachineConfigPool degraded

syncRequiredMachineConfigPools: error pool master is not ready, retrying

1. ssh into the server

2. get the logs from the machine-config-daemon container using crictl logs

3. the diff is in the output, fix the file on the server

4. the server will be rebooted
